Group 1 — German public sector (key reference for the RO public sector)

Land Berlin — Mach 2.0 migration project (Feb 2018 – Jul 2018)

Testmanager for a German public administration (Behörde) — Land Berlin, for the migration of the Mach 2.0 financial accounting system. This reference is the most important one for Romanian contracting authorities, as it was conducted entirely in accordance with the official standards of the German public administration.

Quantified deliverables

• 48-page Testkonzept, compliant with V-Modell XT — 10 chapters: test objectives, Teststufen, test environment, organisation, schedule, BSI risk analysis, entry / exit criteria, Testfall specifications, defect management, archiving.
• Testkonzept approved with 4 signatures — IT leadership + head of business division + Datenschutzbeauftragter (DPO) + Informationssicherheitsbeauftragter (ISO).
• 543 Testfälle fully documented in HP Quality Center.
• 87 bugs with full traceability (severity, reproduction, fix, retest, closure).
• 5 Teststufen (Unit → Integration → System → Migration → Acceptance), each with a separate Testabschlussbericht.

Group 2 — Regulated energy (ongoing)

Senior Testmanager at DB Energie GmbH (Frankfurt am Main) — the Deutsche Bahn AG subsidiary that operates Germany's 16.7 Hz railway traction power grid. The work is carried out in the regulated electricity market under Bundesnetzagentur (BNetzA) supervision — the German federal regulator for energy and telecommunications, institutional counterpart of Romania's ANRE (energy) and ANCOM (electronic communications).

• Role: Senior Testmanager in a regulated electricity market environment.
• Test phases orchestrated: Contract Tests, SIT (System Integration Test), TAT (Technischer Abnahmetest), FAT (Fachlicher Abnahmetest), End-to-End, market-partner tests.
• Methodologies: SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Scrum, ITIL; risk-based testing.
• Tools: JIRA, Xray, XML Spy for versioned XSD/XML schema validation; defect-monitoring dashboards.
• Applicability in Romania: directly relevant to projects at ANRE, OPCOM, Hidroelectrica, Electrica, Transelectrica, Romgaz, ministries and regulated market operators.

Group 3 — Regulated banking sector (BaFin, ECB)

Experience with regulated reporting at German and European level transfers directly to the requirements of ASF (Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority) for non-bank financial entities and of BNR (National Bank of Romania) for banks.

Sopra Financial Technology / Abacus (Apr 2022 – Feb 2024)

• Role: Testkoordinator.
• Domain: automated banking platform; compliance with CRR (Capital Requirements Regulation) and KWG (Kreditwesengesetz — German banking law).
• Tools: Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Azure DevOps pipelines.

NordLB Hannover — CTB Meldewesen project (Sep 2018 – Apr 2020)

• Project: CTB Meldewesen — Großkredite, FinRep/Corep, WIFSta.
• Role: Testmanager; 6 testers under management + coordination with 4 business divisions and the SAP Bank Analyzer team.
• Domain: aufsichtsrechtliches Meldewesen (regulated bank reporting) with sign-off to BaFin (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht).
• Quantified deliverables: 32-page Testauftrag — test objectives, resources, 8-month plan, SCRUM with formal gates; 1,247 Testfälle in SAP Solution Manager with BaFin reference per case; 342 bugs with risk rating (High/Medium/Low) and impact analysis on BaFin reports.
• Stack: SAP Bank Analyzer (FPSL — Financial Products Subledger, FSDM — Financial Services Data Management), Abacus360, SAP Solution Manager 7.2.
• Results: BaFin audit 06/2020 passed with the statement "Testprozesse entsprechen aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen"; zero critical errors on BaFin submission; the testing process was adopted as standard for all NordLB Meldewesen projects.

• Role: Testkoordinator.
• Domain: Wertpapier-Meldewesen — regulated reporting of securities transactions.

Commerzbank Frankfurt (Apr 2016 – Mar 2017)

• Role: Business Analyst and Tester.
• Domain: implementation of AnaCredit — the European Central Bank's analytical credit dataset, at Eurosystem level.

BearingPoint Frankfurt (May 2014 – Mar 2016)

• Role: Business Analyst and Tester.
• Domain: the FINREP (Financial Reporting) and COREP (Common Reporting) prudential disclosures at several credit-institution clients.

SPAR Österreich (Aug 2021 – Mar 2022)

• Project: SAP S/4HANA rollout across 6 countries.
• Stack: SAP Solution Manager 7.2 with Focused Build, integrated test coordination, cross-country business-flow validation.
• Applicability in Romania: directly relevant to digital transformation programmes at large public institutions, state-owned companies and utility operators with integrated ERP systems.
