Categories of data processed
Through this website we may process the following categories of data:
- Contact-form data: name, optionally the name of the institution or company, email address, optionally phone number, and the content of the message submitted.
- Minimal technical data: server access logs (IP address, date and time of request, page accessed, user agent), retained for the purpose of ensuring the security and availability of the website.
Purposes of processing
We process the above data exclusively for:
- responding to requests submitted through the contact form;
- sending offers or information expressly requested by you;
- ensuring the security, stability and availability of the website;
- fulfilling legal obligations (for example, keeping records of commercial correspondence).
Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of:
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, expressed through the voluntary submission of the contact form;
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the website (for access logs);
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — fulfilment of applicable legal obligations.
Retention period
- Messages received through the contact form are retained until the request is resolved and, subsequently, for a reasonable period of up to 24 months, for commercial record-keeping purposes.
- Technical server logs are generally retained for up to 30 days, depending on the hosting provider's configuration.
- Data subject to legal obligations (e.g. tax) is retained for the period required by law.
Recipients of data (processors)
Your data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. To operate the website and process correspondence, we rely on the following processors (within the meaning of art. 28 GDPR), who process data solely on the instructions of Webpina SRL and under standard Data Processing Agreements:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) — provider for website hosting (Cloudflare Pages), for routing the address [email protected] via Cloudflare Email Routing, and for CDN, DNS and anti-DDoS protection services. Cloudflare processes data in accordance with the standard Data Processing Addendum and holds ISO 27001, ISO 27018 and SOC 2 Type II certifications. Data transfers to the USA are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914).
- FormSubmit / Mailgun Technologies, Inc. (San Antonio, Texas, USA) — service that processes the contact form and forwards received messages to [email protected]. Data entered into the form is processed only for transit of the message, with no permanent storage in the FormSubmit database. The transfer to the USA is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
- Public authorities, within the limits provided by law (for example: tax authorities, courts of law, ANSPDCP).
We emphasise that we do not use third-party analytics services (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) and we do not place advertising pixels on the pages of this website.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have, under GDPR, the following rights:
- the right of access to the processed data;
- the right to rectification of inaccurate data;
- the right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten");
- the right to restriction of processing;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- the right to withdraw consent at any time, with no retroactive effect.
To exercise these rights, you can send a written request to [email protected] or in physical form to the company's registered office. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro), if you consider that your rights have been infringed.
Cookies and similar technologies
The consultanta-tehnica.ro website does not use non-essential cookies, does not integrate third-party analytics scripts (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) and does not place marketing pixels.
In some cases, the Cloudflare infrastructure may set a
strictly technical cookie called
__cf_bm (Cloudflare Bot Management), with a short
lifetime (generally 30 minutes), used exclusively to
distinguish human from automated traffic and to protect the
site against attacks. This cookie is considered strictly
necessary for the operation of the service and falls within
the exceptions provided by the ePrivacy Directive (transposed
in Romania by Lege 506/2004) — for such cookies, prior
consent is not required.
Otherwise, the only technical data collected are the standard access logs of the hosting infrastructure, as described above.
